Do you ship worldwide ?

Yes! We do ship worldwide, just for a small extra fee to cover postage costs.

How long will my purchase take to arrive ?

Your product will take around 2-4 days to arrive, processing time is usually the first day of purchase !

Do you do personalised orders ?

Yes we do, if you are purchasing many products, it may take longer to process your order as we may have to hand make some more of our products. We will email you about your order and keep you updated.

Are your products durable ?

Of course our products are durable, we look to give you the best quality out there! We fully test our products before we ship them out to you.

Do you do gift wrapping ?

Yes, we offer a gift wrapping service, just add a note to your order or email us your order number and we will ship it with gift wrapping.

Do you recycle your waste ?

Yes we do, any rope of cuts are recycled after use and any packaging from materials we have shipped also gets recycled.

Where do you get your products from ?

We handmake our products, the materials to make the products are from a local chandlery.
